HOW CLIENT SYSTEMS WILL BE ACCESSEDClient environments will be accessed only through authorized identities and least-privilege permissions. Engagements will be documented, access controlled, changes approved and activity logged.

Production changes will never be part of an assessment unless you explicitly authorize them. Implementation work will follow a documented change process with approval, rollback and validation.
AI and automation will be governed the same way. Agents will get explicitly defined tools and permissions, read-only diagnostics will be separated from change workflows, high-risk changes will require human approval, and no credentials or client data will go into unapproved AI services.

About
Demerara Technology Group is being built around enterprise SQL Server and Azure SQL expertise, applied to complex government and business environments. The aim is to combine hands-on database and infrastructure engineering with AI-assisted tooling to deliver work that would normally require a much larger team.
It is being founded by a SQL Server database engineer with enterprise automation and architecture experience serving global clients, including responsibility for a large fleet of production Azure SQL Databases, Azure SQL Managed Instances and SQL Server virtual machines. The same operational discipline will apply to every client, regardless of size.
